We became aware of the need for improvements to main landing gear in the mid 1990’s by paying attention to manufacturing trends, maintenance, airworthiness challenges, and the feedback we received from our customers.
All Tailwheels manufactured by The Landing Gear Works are assembled with precision and care. We pay special attention to improving the bonding and configuration of internal parts for the best wear and longest life of your Tailwheel.
Using approved techniques, we have the ability to inspect and repair steel landing gear legs and tailgear for damage. We also apply improvements and modifications for your conversion engine.
